I’m staying at a friend’s guest apartment for this winter season. I discovered that mice had invaded the linen closet and ruined the majority of the sets of sheets, some bedspreads and table linens. I tossed most of them and gave the rest a hot wash. I needed to find a way to store them that the mice couldn’t get back into. These boxes will work.
The material has a nice texture to it that’s soft and good looking. The zipper is barely visible but might not hold up if the box is overfilled. The linens here are high quality and made with a heavy weight cotton material. Each box can’t hold much more than a single set of queen size sheets and an extra pair of pillow cases. I’m going to have to order another set of four in order to get everything boxed in. They really present a neat and organized look. This turned out to be an easy solution

I love the concept of having more organized sheets – I mean, who really is able to fold those fitted sheets properly? Plus, I have two sets of sheets for each of three bed sizes – one for winter (flannel) and one for summer (cotton), plus a few extra sets. As we are coming into warmer weather, this was good timing as I’m changing out the sheets we use for the season. I had no issues with the twin and full size sets of flannel – they fit easily even if they weren’t perfectly folded, and filled out the box perfectly to put a little pressure on the velcro. I did have a bit of a struggle with the queen size flannel sheet – the flannel is thicker than cotton or other sheet fabrics, and barely fit, even when folded perfectly. Thank goodness for the zipper, which really is the savior of these organizers. The velcro alone would have bulged too much. I don’t think cotton king sheets would be an issue, but I don’t think flannel king size would fit at all. Generally, I’m happy with these organizers – they do look a lot better in the closet and hopefully it stays more organized, which is what I was looking for. If you’re looking for a space saving solution, be sure to measure your shelves to calculate how they are going to fit – I have non-adjustable shelves in the linen closet so have to stack them two high, which wasted a lot of space. But I think if your shelves allow for them to be upright as shown in the posting, it would save space. I’m just not willing to go to the trouble of moving my permanent shelves and putting more holes in the walls. The stitching is questionable – there are a few areas where the stitching missed the fabric, or was loose. As little as I’ll be handling these, I don’t think it will be much of an issue, but quality control could definitely be better. The plastic on the label for one of them was also clipped at an angle – since it was the first one I labeled, I initially thought it was an intentional feature because the label is easier to get out. But the other three didn’t have that feature so I think it was actually a quality goof. Again, for my purposes its not going to cause any problems, but attention to detail can make the difference for some of these products.

This item is sturdy and better in person. I like the color and texture. I tried maneuvering the case with and without zippering. It works. So if the zipper were to fail, the case will still be usable. I wish the zipper was just as sturdy as the case.
I like the idea of the label card, but I’m replacing them with wet dry erase marker labels. I will change what is inside the case every season. It will frustrate me to see the case mislabeled. I will purchase more as a gift.
The handle is fine, but if the items inside are too heavy i can foresee it coming undone.
I really like these cases and can’t wait to get another set.
